Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Plannly ("we"), which makes the Plannly app, the web app at plannly.org/app and this website. By using Plannly you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you're under the age of digital consent where you live (13 in many countries, and 16 or 18 in some), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Using Plannly
- The planner (exams, homework, timetable, attendance, flashcards, focus timer, progress) works without an account. Your planner is stored on your device; back it up from Profile if you want a copy.
- An account is needed for AI help, invites and paid plans. You can create one with your email and a password, or by signing in with Google.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens with your account; tell us at support@plannly.org if you think someone else has used it.
- Please don't misuse Plannly: no attempts to break or overload the service, get around usage limits, access other people's accounts, or use the AI to create anything illegal, harmful or meant to cheat in an exam where that's not allowed.
AI help
Plannly's AI explains topics, solves questions step by step and makes notes, quizzes and flashcards. It is a study aid: it can be wrong, so check important answers with your teacher, textbook or official syllabus. Don't rely on it for medical, legal or other professional advice. Follow your school's or exam board's rules on using AI for assessed work. Daily AI credits and Tutor mode limits depend on your plan, and we may pause AI for everyone for a while to keep costs under control.
Your content
What you put into Plannly (your plans, notes, questions and photos) stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Make sure you have the right to upload what you share, for example a page from a textbook for your own study.
Plans and payments
Plannly is free to use. Paid plans (Pro and Ace) add more AI and capacity. Prices, what each plan includes and billing are shown before you pay. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's billing and refund rules. A plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; deleting your account ends a paid plan without a refund unless the law requires one.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Plannly, so features may change. We try to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
Ending
You can stop using Plannly at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on our delete-account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.
Liability
Plannly is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for exam results, missed deadlines or decisions you make based on the app or the AI, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
