Delete your Plannly account

You can do this in the app in under a minute.

In the app

Open Plannly and go to the Profile tab.
Under Your data, tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@plannly.org from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account: name, email, password hash, level and institution.
Your plan. A paid plan ends with the account and isn't refunded.
Your AI usage records, invite code and invite history.

What is kept

Payment records (order ID, amount, date, status), which tax law requires us to keep. They are no longer linked to your name or email.
Your planner on your phone. It was never on our servers. Remove it with Profile → Erase everything, or by uninstalling the app.
